Meet Serena May Kilsmith
“Mama Kilsmith” is a Full-time Musician and Mom-of-three.
She is on a mission to make the world a more Harmonious place, through music, community and creativity.
To name just a few feathers in the proverbial cap; - -
Shes an industry professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - applying that special skill set to creative endeavors.
She’s a Hostess and Promoter of community events
Including - Open Mic Night at Timberyard Brewing Company - voted Best Bar in Central Mass!
And - Songwriters in the Round - at Local Community Radio Station Wcuw 91.3 Worcester
She’s a prolific songwriter, and active Gigging musician, in various bands.
She is a mentor and teacher, offering coaching to the next up-and-comers and guidance on how to express themselves through their creative passions in a meaningful (and profitable) way.
Keeping Busy : Life as a Work-From-Home-Mom
In between school drop/offs and pickups with her kids, you can find her chipping away at #goals on her laptop at the kitchen counter while she simultaneously cooks Mac and Cheese.
As a freelancer, of Music and Marketing Strategies, any quiet moment Mama Kilsmith has is spent diligently working on Websites, managing Various Social Media Pages, Booking and Promoting Events, or following up with emails between colleagues, clients and venues.
On The Road
All around Central Massachusetts, across New England and beyond— you can find Serena Playing Small Solo shows at local pubs and Private Parties - Hosting Open Mic Events and Songwriter’s Showcases at popular nightclubs, and the occasional Big Rock Show with her full Band “Mama Kilsmith”.
Out in the Community
She gives back to her community by volunteering Social Media Marketing services for the local community Radio Station, WCUW 91.3 FM - Additionally she provides music services to in the form of in home acoustic “Parlor Performances” at local residential care homes.
Mama Kilsmith is a true Hustler, working around the clock to make her dreams (and everyone else’s) come true.
